Our association delivers a tremendous amount of retail development experience throughout California combined with N3’s substantial development platform and national experience. Cardiff Realty Holdings, LLC (CRH) focuses on the development of single tenant properties, the acquisition of existing shopping centers where we can create value through redevelopment and the development of urban retail. Since the return of the capital and leasing markets we have been seeking the opportunity to create a high quality pedestrian oriented retail project in an urban setting which may include other uses as well. CRH was formed in 2006 and seeks to create value for ourselves, for our partners, and for the communities we serve by developing functional properties that incorporate inspired design, a mix of outstanding tenants, and quality construction. Ultimately, we strive to create a sense of place where people can walk, shop, eat and connect. CRH is a small development company with two partners, Mr. Tom Davies' and Mr. Lew Caulk. During their careers they have been involved in the development and construction of approximately 4.5 million square feet of retail properties. Tom Davies, President, oversees all aspects of the company with over 30 years of experience including acquisitions, dispositions, construction, development, and leasing.
