William W. “Biff” McGuireAs CEO and Managing Director of UDC Global LLC and N3 Real Estate, Mr. McGuire heads the Investment Committee and leads the strategic direction of the Company focusing on business development and capital raising. Mr. McGuire led UDC Global’s acquisition of N3 in March 2007 and subsequently raised $200 million in financing the development and ownership of N3’s projects. Under Mr. McGuire’s leadership, N3 now develops and owns projects leased to Starbucks, Chase, Bridgestone / Firestone, Family Dollar, Sherwin Williams, Logan’s Roadhouse and other quality retailers.
Brenna A. Wadleigh, PresidentMs. Wadleigh serves as President of N3 Real Estate and the $200 million UDC / SNSPF Retail Development Fund I which owns the net leased retail properties developed by N3. Ms. Wadleigh is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for the Company’s retail investment platform including sourcing debt and equity, investment analysis, site selection, acquisition, construction, leasing, legal, finance, property management, accounting and human resources.
Harry Chapman, Executive Vice President of DevelopmentMr. Chapman joined N3 in January 2006 and serves as the Executive Vice President of Development. Mr. Chapman leads N3’s team of designers and consultants who provide N3 and its clients with cutting edge value engineering and constructability on all projects. Additionally, Mr. Chapman provides support for all other phases of N3’s physical development efforts.
Jeffrey B. Berg, General CounselMr. Berg is a Managing Director and the General Counsel for UDC Global, LLC. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. Mr. Berg joined UDC Global, LLC in January 2008 to oversee all legal aspects of UDC Global, LLC and its subsidiaries. In this capacity, Mr. Berg is responsible for negotiating acquisitions and dispositions of UDC property, structuring partnerships and joint ventures and all related oversight of these transactions.
Real Estate DirectorsWaylon Longino, Director of Real EstateMr. Longino has over 10 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, including 7 years working for three Fortune 500 Retailers. Prior to joining N3 he did site selection for Radio Shack, Blockbuster, and Starbucks. Waylon is responsible for site selection, acquisitions, leasing, financial analysis, market analysis, broker management, and other critical areas of the development process.
Arnold AdamsMr. Adams has over 19 years of diverse experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has developed luxury multi-family units, medical office buildings, as well as single and multi-tenant retail space. As Director of Real Estate, Mr. Adams is responsible for site selection, acquisitions, leasing, financial analysis, broker management, and other critical areas of the development process.
Patrick ReillyPat Reilly has over 20 years in the real estate industry and over 15 years of diverse real estate advisory experience. Mr. Reilly has provided transaction support on over $3 billion of real estate assets; provided acquisition due diligence services on $3 billion of real estate purchases; performed valuation and underwriting services on over $5 billion of diverse real estate product types and managed over $200 million in construction projects. He has provided day to day management for large corporate real estate organizations and led the reconstruction of the public schools in New Orleans after hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
